Harry carries a unique perspective forged through personal loss—at age ten, he lost his father to cancer and was given the mandate to become “the man of the house.” That defining moment created both tremendous pressure and profound insight: a boy who needed a father suddenly had to become what his father never had the chance to fully teach him.
This experience has given Harry a special understanding and revelation to reach a generation of men who either grew up fatherless or are now navigating that vacancy in their lives.
In 1999, Harry and Cheryl walked through every parent’s worst nightmare when their 6-year-old daughter, Gabrielle, went to heaven from an inoperable brain tumor. Rather than retreat from ministry, they leaned in—with an increased passion for restoration, strengthening families, and bringing souls to Jesus in this urgent hour.
Their church services overflow with testimonies of healing and salvation, as they speak truth that liberates and demonstrate a joy that heals.
Whether ministering in an intimate gathering or speaking before multitudes, Harry and Cheryl are the same behind the pulpit as they are behind the curtain—what you see is what you get. They’ve ministered across many platforms—unmoved by crowds or cameras, moved only by the heart of God.
Together, Harry and Cheryl have authored more than 40 books with a mission to “go two by two reaching souls one by one.”
Family is everything to Harry and Cheryl. They married in 1985, each finding the love of their life in the other, and treasure every moment with their two sons, Harry III, Roman, their daughter-in-love Stephanie (Roman’s wife), and their grandchildren, Mia Gabrielle and Roman Harry.
